I work hard to get your order out the day it was placed and after I've receive payment, or at the latest, the following day after payment. I ship via USPS. For faster shipping, please choose USPS Priority at checkout. I will also deliver or coordinate a pick up for orders in the Jackson Hole, Wyoming area at no extra charge.
I offer full refunds for online purchases within 7 days of receiving your order. If you place an order on Monday and receive it on Wednesday, you have until the next Wednesday to contact me to coordinate a return. In order to receive a full refund, jewelry must be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. I do not cover shipping fees.
With regards to international customers, it is the responsibility of the buyer for any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
